- Rolled prints are delivered unframed and are not ready for immediate display. If you are looking for artwork for immediate display, we recommend gallery wrapped or framed artwork.
- Rolled prints are carefully shipped in a protective tube, allowing you the flexibility to have it framed locally. They include a border on each side, suitable for framing. For the best presentation and longevity, we recommend professional framing prior to display.
- All artworks are high-quality prints of original artwork, not hand-made paintings.
We want to assure you that each artwork piece is handled with care and attention. We take pride in the craftsmanship of each artwork and in ensuring it reaches you in good condition.
As every piece is thoughtfully made to order, production begins only once your order is confirmed. In light of this, returns and refunds are offered only under special circumstances.
Cancellations :
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing and cannot accommodate cancellations. To cancel within 2 hours, please email colorbrewstudio@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds :
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, we kindly request that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
To initiate a claim, please email colorbrewstudio@gmail.com with the following information :
1. A clear photograph/video of the damage
2. Your order number
Kindly note, returns are accepted only if the artwork remains unused and is preserved in its original packaging.
We currently deliver to most locations across India. There is free shipping on all orders above ₹2500.
Each piece is made to order and undergoes quality checks. This process typically takes 3–5 business days, after which your artwork is carefully packed and dispatched.
A tracking link will be shared via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Estimated Delivery : Most orders are delivered within 7–12 days post-dispatch, depending on your location.
We partner with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart and Delhivery. Final delivery timelines may vary based on their serviceability in your area.

- Gently wipe your canvas with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth always in one direction to maintain its finish. Be careful to not rub the canvas surface.
- Avoid touching the printed surface directly : Oils and moisture from your skin cause smudging and long-term discolouration.
- The environment around your print has a significant impact on its longevity. Keep the artwork away from direct sunlight, high humidity or damp environments to prevent warping or mold.
- Avoid hanging in steamy bathrooms or kitchens & avoid hanging near radiators, air-conditioners, or any source of extreme heat or cold.
- When moving or repositioning your artwork, handle it gently to avoid dents or surface damage.
- For persistent marks or stains, we recommend consulting a professional art conservator for appropriate cleaning.
- If storing a rolled print, keep it in its original tube in a cool, dry place. Never fold or crease a print — paper memory is permanent and fold marks cannot be fully removed.
